At Soul Friend & Spiritual Garden, we believe in the transformative power of meditation and yoga.
Our immersive soundscape design in our meditation studio will transport you to a place of deep peace and relaxation. We offer the best yoga classes in town, including our unique sound healing class, which is the only one of its kind in the area.
Our bookshop is the first in Thailand to specialize in psychedelic and mindfulness literature, and our cafe serves delicious cacao and matcha-based drinks. Join us on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
